Please find a link to the proposed HarBUG response: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harbug.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/HarBUG-Orchard-Centre-Response.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HarBUG Response to Orchard Centre Extension<\/a>The document referred to in the response is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harbug.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Orchard-Centre-Transport-assessment-volume-1-text-figures-and-drawings.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Transport Assessment Volume 1.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Generally we have two objections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The proposed closure of the High Street link from Hitchcock Way to the Broadway.<\/li>\n<li>The proposed cycle facilities are the very minimum they can get away with.
