Once approved, the Neighbourhood Plan will be a mandatory element of all future planning approvals in Wantage. It includes policies and proposals for Cycling.<\/p>\n<p>This is the <strong>LAST CHANCE<\/strong> to have your say before the final Plan document is submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council for approval. The document can be seen on the Wantage Plan website <strong>HERE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wantageneighbourhoodplan.org\/\">http:\/\/www.wantageneighbourhoodplan.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The consultation period runs until <strong>FRIDAY 20<sup>th<\/sup> NOVEMBER<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of comments already received on earlier drafts, cycling now has a much higher profile in the Plan document. But the aspirations in the Plan will only carry weight if they are framed as mandatory requirements.
