HarBUG 2018 AGM – Tuesday 16th October

HarBUG’s 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held on TUESDAY 16th OCTOBER at 12:30pm, in DIAMOND HOUSE (room G59), on the RAL site.  Please put the date in your diary.

The AGM will include reports from the committee, a review of HarBUG’s accounts, and the election of a new committee.  And we will have a lively discussion of cycling issues.  Feel free to bring your lunch.

Do consider joining the HarBUG committee.  ALL posts are up for election.  HarBUG needs your support.

If you have any particular issues you would like to discuss, or if you are considering joining the committee, please email secretary@harbug.org.uk.  Or simply come along on the day.

      If you don’t already have access to the RAL site for next week’s AGM, then please email me (secretary@harbug.org.uk) at least one day beforehand (ie by Mon 15th), so that I can arrange access for you. On the day, you should allow sufficient time to report first to the reception building at RAL main gate (Fermi Ave). Here you will be given a visitor’s pass and directed to Diamond House.
