Don’t forget the Cycle to Work Day – next Wednesday 15th June.
Also the Bike Doctor Surgery from 08:00 to 12:00.
Please come along and show your support for cycling to the Campus (and get a free breakfast).
If you can please join one of the escorted rides and help support new cyclists.
Full details about the Cycle to Work Day and the Campus Energy & Sustainability Week events on our website.

As well as our Cycle to Work day next Wednesday (15th) there are also other cycle events locally:

Tomorrow – 11th June, the final stage of the Women’s Tour of the UK is running through Wantage, Harwell, Didcot, Wallingford, Abingdon and finishing in Oxford. This is a great opportunity to see top class cycle racing in your town.

On Saturday 18th June Uptonogood is back. This is a great off-road cycle event with rides available for everybody. It is also a fun event with plenty happening at Upton Village Hall and recreation ground.

I am not sure the Eventbrite/Harwell site is working properly, i went through the process of signing up for the Monday virtual presentations and despite getting acknowledgements and ticket claim emails i didn’t actually get a link to any lectures.

I’m really sorry about this. Meeting invites were sent a week in advance of the event to individuals who had already registered and ‘late entries’ should have been picked up after that and the invite forwarded to them. Clearly something didn’t work as planned and we’ll learn from that when organising next year’s event. However I’m recording all the sessions so please drop me an email if you’d like access to them: emmanuel.deschamps@harwellcampus.com
