Anyone coming from Hagbourne Hill down the road through the roadworks beware a large pothole at the side of the road just before the turning into Chilton. It threw me completely off this morning, but luckily I was wearing a helmet! I have reported the pothole to the council and intend to make a claim for a new helmet.
